he ARC Network strives to advance equity nationally by facilitating the adoption and implementation of evidence-based systemic initiatives by institutions of higher education and other STEM organizations that affect those in STEM workplaces.

The leading champion in North America to propel the inclusion of women in the field of engineering, the Women in Engineering ProActive Network (WEPAN), serves as the backbone organization of the ARC Network.
